S&S Banking Consultant – Part‑time (20 hrs/week)

About the role

The S&S Banking Consultant provides front‑line sales and service to retail customers, handling everyday banking enquiries, account openings and digital onboarding. The role is part‑time, 20 hours per week, based in the Westfield North Lakes shop.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver customer‑focused service via face‑to‑face interaction and inbound/outbound calls.
• Provide accurate information on everyday banking products and processes.
• Educate and support customers in using digital banking platforms and self‑service tools.
• Assist with digital onboarding to ensure a smooth experience for new customers.
• Maintain compliance with internal policies, risk standards and performance targets.
