About the role

Join Ability Action Australia’s 12‑month Action Packed Graduate Program as a newly graduated Speech Pathologist. You’ll receive weekly supervision, mentorship and a supportive multidisciplinary team while delivering community, school and clinic based services.

Key responsibilities

• Support participants in community, school or clinic settings
• Complete assessments, write reports and deliver therapy sessions
• Advocate for participants and collaborate with carers to achieve goals

Required profile

• Soon‑to‑be graduating Speech Pathologist
• Empathetic, curious and eager to learn
• SPA‑registered or eligible upon graduation
• Licensed driver with own vehicle

Required skills

• Assessment and report writing
• Therapeutic intervention for communication
