About the role
Join Ability Action Australia’s growing team as a Speech Pathologist at the Caringbah clinic, supporting participants across the Sutherland Shire, Lower St George, and extending to Wollongong and Western Sydney.
Key responsibilities
- Manage a varied, community‑based caseload across homes, schools and outreach settings.
- Provide assessment, goal‑setting and evidence‑based therapy for early language, feeding, dysphagia, communication difficulties and AAC.
- Collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team to achieve participant‑centred outcomes.
Required profile
- Current Speech Pathology Australia membership (SPAP).
- Passion for community‑based support for people with disability.
- Ability to thrive in a collaborative, multidisciplinary environment.
