Speech Pathologist – Flexible Community Role

About the role

National 360 is seeking a Speech Pathologist to join its Bendigo team, offering strong clinical support, flexible scheduling and genuine career growth. The role involves managing a caseload that matches your interests across community visits, telehealth and clinic sessions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide assessment and intervention for language, swallowing, dysphagia and paediatric clients.
• Deliver services via community visits, telehealth and in‑clinic appointments.
• Maintain a flexible appointment schedule, including work‑from‑home options.
• Participate in regular supervision, professional development and career progression activities.

Required profile

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Speech Pathology and SPA registration (or pending).
• Full Australian working rights.
• Minimum 1 + year experience in community, private or acute settings.
• Own vehicle with a current driver’s licence.
• Willingness to obtain NDIS Workers Check and Working with Children Check.

Required skills

• Telehealth service delivery.
• Knowledge of NDIS processes (beneficial but not essential).
