Emergency Medicine Registrar – Bendigo, Victoria

About the role

Join a high‑performing Emergency Department at a leading regional teaching hospital in Bendigo, Victoria. This position offers doctors the chance to develop their Emergency Medicine career within a supportive, accredited environment with strong consultant supervision.

Key responsibilities

• Assess and manage a broad range of adult and paediatric emergency presentations.
• Provide care for trauma, medical, surgical and critical‑care patients.
• Develop and perform procedural skills in a well‑supported clinical setting.
• Participate in simulation, teaching and multidisciplinary education programmes.
• Receive dedicated supervision and mentorship from experienced FACEMs.

Required profile

• Minimum 12 months recent Emergency Medicine experience.
• Hold or be eligible for registration with AHPRA.
• Eligible for one of the following pathways: Standard, Competent Authority, or Short‑Term Training in a Medical Specialty.
