Speech Pathologist – Clinical Team in Darwin

About the role

Better Rehab is seeking a passionate Speech Pathologist to join its clinician‑led team in Darwin. You will deliver assessments and therapy across home, clinic and community settings, working with a multidisciplinary team to create client‑focused solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments and develop tailored therapy plans for a diverse caseload.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary clinicians to design innovative, client‑centred interventions.
• Build lasting relationships with clients and monitor real‑world outcomes.

Required profile

• Certified Practising Speech Pathologist (CPSP) status.
• Valid driver’s licence and personal vehicle.
• NDIS Worker Check, Working With Children Check and Police Check (or willingness to obtain).
• On‑shore applicants seeking sponsorship are encouraged to apply.

Required skills

• Ability to use dysphagia assessment kits and AAC equipment.
• Proficiency with standard speech pathology assessment tools and therapy resources.
