Speech Pathologist - All Experience Levels

About the role

Ability Action Australia, one of the largest NDIS service providers, is recruiting a Speech Pathologist for its growing South Perth team. The role suits all experience levels and lets you choose whether to work with children, adults or a mix, and to build a caseload that fits your interests. You can also work across metro and regional communities, and optional FIFO trips to Kalgoorlie, Geraldton and Port Hedland are available with travel and accommodation arranged.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver speech pathology services in homes, schools and the local community
• Manage and prioritise your own caseload
• Complete observations and standardised assessments to set meaningful goals
• Provide evidence-based therapy that builds communication skills and independence
• Work closely with a multidisciplinary team to support participant outcomes

Required profile

• Current registration with Speech Pathology Australia as a Speech Pathologist
• A passion for collaborating in a multi-disciplinary team
• An interest in pediatrics, complex needs or a preferred caseload area, which can be tailored together
