Speech Pathologist

About the role

Real Therapy Solutions, part of the MedHealth Group, is recruiting a Speech Pathologist for its clinic in Campbelltown. It has delivered multidisciplinary therapy services for more than 25 years across Wollongong, Bella Vista, Campbelltown and Penrith, and offers structured supervision, mentoring and a reduced caseload to help new clinicians settle in.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a caseload and deliver therapy services in a timely, impactful way
• Use clinical observations and standardised assessments to inform therapy goals
• Deliver evidence-based interventions that improve quality of life
• Collaborate with a supportive multi-disciplinary team
• Ensure compliance with current NDIS requirements

Required profile

• Certified Practising Membership with Speech Pathology Australia
• Previous post-graduate experience as a Speech Pathologist
• Genuine passion for supporting people within the disability sector
