Senior Occupational Therapist

About the role

Ability Action Australia, one of the largest NDIS providers, is looking for a Senior Occupational Therapist to join its expanding South Perth team. The role suits those who want flexibility, autonomy and variety, with a mix of metro and regional work and optional FIFO opportunities to regional WA where travel and accommodation are arranged.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a complex caseload of NDIS participants and their families
• Collaborate with a multi-disciplinary team and external stakeholders
• Provide clinical supervision, coaching and guidance to junior clinicians and students
• Attend supervision and CPD training sessions
• Contribute to and/or lead projects that improve clinical practice or service delivery

Required profile

• Current AHPRA registration as an Occupational Therapist
• Interest in pediatrics, complex needs or a preferred caseload area
• Proactive, client-centred mindset with a passion for the disability and community sector
