Solutions Engineer

About the role

As a Solutions Engineer at Bynder you will partner closely with the Sales team to introduce Bynder’s AI‑powered digital asset management platform to prospects and customers across APAC. You’ll deliver engaging product demonstrations, technical presentations and act as a trusted advisor, helping leading brands accelerate their creative and marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Partner strategically with Account Executives on territory strategy and multi‑quarter sales cycles, shaping how deals are won.
• Own all technical aspects of tenders, presentations, proofs of concept and statements of work.
• Translate complex technical scenarios into plain language and quantifiable business value for audiences ranging from practitioners to the C‑suite.
• Respond to advanced product and technical questions, RFPs and security questionnaires on time.
• Collaborate with Product, Customer Success and Onboarding to ensure smooth transitions and capture feedback for roadmap shaping.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a business, commercial or technical field, or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years of sales engineering or solution consulting experience at an enterprise SaaS company.
• Self‑starter comfortable operating independently in a remote or regional setup.
• Strong business and technical acumen with a focus on measurable outcomes.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, confident presenting to C‑suite executives.

Required skills

• Deep understanding of SaaS product models.
• Knowledge of cloud infrastructure concepts.
• Experience with API integration and design.
• Familiarity with AI‑powered solution development.
