Regional Vice President, APAC

About the role

As the Regional Vice President of Sales for the APAC team, you will open new markets across the region and own revenue growth in the Enterprise segment. You will lead a quota‑carrying team of Account Executives, drive forecast accuracy and build a repeatable sales motion that scales.

Key responsibilities

• Own Enterprise revenue targets and deliver predictable growth while maintaining healthy pipeline coverage.
• Support late‑stage deals with pricing, execution and close, and provide accurate weekly, monthly and quarterly forecasts.
• Lead, coach and develop Enterprise Account Executives, driving best practices in discovery, MEDDICC and value‑based selling.
• Standardize and improve the Enterprise sales motion, partnering with RevOps on CRM hygiene, dashboards and KPIs.
• Collaborate with Marketing on lead quality and campaigns, and with Customer Success on handoffs, expansion signals and renewals.
• Provide structured feedback to Product on roadmap gaps, competitive positioning and pricing strategy.

Required profile

• 10+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, including 4+ years managing Account Executives.
• Proven success selling to Enterprise and Strategic accounts (5,000+ employees).
• Experience in Series A‑C environments with defined but evolving processes.
• Background selling technical, DevTools or developer‑adjacent products preferred.
