Sales Leader – APJ Region

About the role

ClickUp is seeking a Sales Leader to drive revenue growth across the Asia‑Pacific and Japan (APJ) region, with an initial focus on Australia and New Zealand. This senior position will build and operate a direct commercial and enterprise sales motion while collaborating with a growing channel ecosystem to scale across Southeast Asia.

Key responsibilities

• Own and expand direct commercial and enterprise sales in ANZ, recruiting and developing local Account Executives.
• Develop pipeline strategy, forecast revenue, and drive aggressive growth targets.
• Partner with Solution Consulting and Professional Services to support complex enterprise evaluations.
• Collaborate with the Channel team to design and execute joint go‑to‑market motions across the broader APJ region.
• Build local brand credibility through customer events, PR, and executive relationships.
• Align with Customer Success to protect and expand existing ARR.

Required profile

• Significant B2B SaaS sales experience with a proven track record in a Director‑level leadership role.
• Demonstrated ability to build and scale sales teams in Australia/New Zealand.
• Experience with channel‑led and partner‑driven GTM strategies.
• Successful history of achieving ambitious ARR targets across commercial and enterprise segments.
• Strong executive presence and C‑level influencing skills.
• Familiarity with the work‑management, productivity, or collaboration SaaS market is a plus.
