Solution Consultant - Asset Management

About the role

Accruent is looking for a Solution Consultant to help customers across Australia and New Zealand understand how our Asset Management portfolio can solve complex business challenges. You will partner with Account Executives to discover needs, shape solution strategies, demonstrate value, and win opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Lead customer discovery to uncover business challenges, requirements, and desired outcomes.
• Partner with Account Executives to qualify, shape, and advance complex opportunities throughout the sales cycle.
• Develop and deliver compelling, value‑based demonstrations and executive presentations.
• Translate customer challenges into differentiated solution recommendations across Accruent’s Asset Management portfolio.
• Support RFP/RFI responses and address technical and solution requirements.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS solution consulting, pre‑sales, or sales engineering.
• Proven success partnering with sales teams to shape and win complex opportunities.
• Strong consultative discovery skills and ability to connect challenges to business outcomes.
• Executive presence, communication, storytelling, and facilitation skills.
