Renewals Account Manager

About the role

As a Renewals Account Manager you will drive customer renewals, retention and recurring revenue growth for AVEVA’s industrial software solutions. You will manage key customer relationships, work closely with sales and customer success teams, and proactively mitigate renewal risks to meet business targets.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve renewal quotas and on‑time renewals while resolving escalated contracts.
• Develop strategic renewal plans, introduce customers to the renewal cycle and execute MEDDPIC‑based strategies.
• Identify cross‑sell and upsell opportunities and transition them to Account Managers when appropriate.
• Own the end‑to‑end renewal lifecycle including quotation, forecasting, purchase order management and contract closure.
• Maintain accurate Salesforce records, build trusted relationships and provide reporting to improve renewal effectiveness.
• Support process improvements, report on late renewals, migration and churn reasons.

Required profile

• Strong expertise in renewal management, commercial policies, pricing strategies and contract governance.
• Proven ability to manage a complex portfolio of enterprise accounts and influence senior stakeholders such as VP Operations, CTOs and CIOs.
• Enterprise sales and account management experience with a track record of building trusted relationships.
