Solution Architect

About the role

Sitecore is seeking a Solution/Technical Architect to join its APJ Customer Value Realisation team. You will work directly with customers and partners across emerging markets, helping them design, build, and optimise Sitecore‑based digital experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑level strategic advisory, consultation, and hands‑on assistance in architecting, developing, and troubleshooting Sitecore solutions.
• Build proof‑of‑concepts, configure platforms, and ensure implementations align with business outcomes.
• Establish trusted advisor relationships and act as the primary technical liaison between customers and Sitecore.
• Collaborate with Account Executives, Customer Success Managers, and internal teams to maximise customer value.
• Mentor and support team members on technical and business challenges.

Required profile

• Extensive knowledge of Sitecore technologies (Sitecore AI, XM/XP, Content Hub, CDP/Personalize).
• Strong consultancy background with proven client‑facing experience.
• Excellent communication skills to translate technical concepts for business stakeholders.
• Ability to manage complex, multi‑task environments and drive business outcomes.

Required skills

• Sitecore AI, XM/XP, Content Hub, CDP/Personalize.
• Headless technologies such as React, Next.js, GraphQL, Node.js.
• Containerisation tools like Docker and Kubernetes.
• Cloud platforms – Azure (preferred) and/or AWS.
