Junior Service Management Consultant - Platforms

About the role

Join a fast‑growing Australian consultancy that automates IT and business processes. As a Junior Service Management Consultant you will start building automation solutions from day one, working closely with senior consultants and clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, configure and test workflows and integrations using APIs, iPaaS tools and scripting.
• Participate in client workshops to understand processes and translate them into automated solutions.
• Document builds and provide clear explanations of the automation logic.

Required profile

• Enjoy dissecting processes and rebuilding them to run automatically, and can explain your work in plain language.
• Have built workflows or automations using tools such as Power Automate, Workato, n8n, Zapier, Make, Salesforce Flow, HubSpot, Jira automation, or written scripts in Python or JavaScript.
• Comfortable reading API documentation, working with JSON and making REST calls.
• Hold a degree in IT, business or related field, or equivalent experience, and have Australian work rights.

Required skills

• Automation platforms: Power Automate, Workato, n8n, Zapier, Make, Salesforce Flow, HubSpot workflows, Jira automation.
• Scripting languages: Python, JavaScript.
• API integration: REST, JSON.
• Familiarity with ITSM tools (Freshservice, Xurrent, Ivanti, ServiceNow) is a plus.

• Base salary $80,000–$110,000 AUD plus super, reviewed after 12 months.
