SAP Solution Architect

About the role

Capgemini is looking for a strategic SAP Solution Architect to lead the design and delivery of enterprise SAP solutions that drive business outcomes and support transformation initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Design end‑to‑end SAP solution architectures that are scalable, secure and aligned with business and technology strategies.
• Partner with business stakeholders to translate requirements into effective technology solutions.
• Lead architectural design across SAP and broader enterprise ecosystems, ensuring seamless integration with other platforms.
• Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle and ensure compliance with security, risk and governance standards.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative approaches to improve business outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience in solution architecture within complex enterprise environments.
• Strong background across SAP ecosystems, including SAP S/4HANA.
• Ability to engage stakeholders at all levels and translate business needs into scalable solutions.
• Experience leading architecture activities across large‑scale transformation projects.
