About the role

The Account Technical Lead (ATL) for Enterprise Accounts drives high‑complexity technical engagements, shaping the Customer Technical Vision and aligning Autodesk solutions with strategic business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end technical discovery across multiple workflows, identifying transformation opportunities.
• Architect advanced, multi‑solution proposals and deployment paths with clear ROI narratives.
• Build and maintain deep, long‑term relationships with technical and business stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain a detailed Customer Technical Vision (CTV) outlining technical footprint and adoption strategy.
• Identify multi‑solution expansion opportunities to drive revenue growth.
• Lead complex technical escalations and coordinate cross‑functional teams.
• Collaborate with Account Executives to shape opportunity strategy using technical insights.
• Orchestrate internal specialists for demos, benchmarking, and technical workshops.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field or equivalent experience.
• 3‑5 years of industry knowledge or Autodesk expertise.
• Proven ability to lead high‑complexity technical engagements and design advanced solutions.
• Strong business acumen and experience supporting transformation strategies.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and persuasion skills.

Required skills

• Deep technical proficiency with Autodesk capabilities or comparable enterprise‑scale solutions.
• Experience in solution architecture and enterprise‑level technical discovery.
