About the role
We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our growing solar team in Perth as a Customer Service Representative in our call centre. You will handle both outbound and inbound calls, engaging warm leads and scheduling face‑to‑face solar consultations.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to warm leads and respond to inbound inquiries.
- Book quality solar consultation appointments for in‑house design consultants.
- Build rapport with prospects, highlighting cost savings and environmental benefits.
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.
Required profile
- Previous experience in solar telemarketing or sales.
- Goal‑driven, resilient and comfortable hitting targets.
- Confident communicator with a friendly phone manner.
- Reliable, positive and team‑oriented.
- Fluent English.
Required skills
- Proficiency with CRM systems.
