Solar Telemarketing Customer Service Representative

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic individual to join our growing solar team in Perth as a Customer Service Representative in our call centre. You will handle both outbound and inbound calls, engaging warm leads and scheduling face‑to‑face solar consultations.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to warm leads and respond to inbound inquiries.
• Book quality solar consultation appointments for in‑house design consultants.
• Build rapport with prospects, highlighting cost savings and environmental benefits.
• Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets and key performance indicators.

Required profile

• Previous experience in solar telemarketing or sales.
• Goal‑driven, resilient and comfortable hitting targets.
• Confident communicator with a friendly phone manner.
• Reliable, positive and team‑oriented.
• Fluent English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with CRM systems.
