About the role
Join Services Australia’s Tier 1 Digital Support team as a Customer Service Representative. You will be the first point of contact for everyday Australians, helping them navigate self‑service portals and resolve enquiries.
Key responsibilities
- Handle a mix of inbound and outbound calls, providing accurate information and assistance.
- Use effective communication to build rapport and deliver engaging customer experiences.
- Maintain flexible working hours to ensure coverage when customers need support.
Required profile
- Based in Perth and able to work full‑time on‑site at the Troode Street office.
- Australian citizenship.
- Excellent verbal communication with strong listening and empathy skills.
- High computer literacy and ability to multitask across systems.
- Self‑motivated, resilient and solution‑oriented.
