About the role

As a Customer Service Agent at Hymix you will be the vital link between customers and the business, ensuring every order is managed accurately and efficiently. You will thrive in a fast‑paced environment, staying calm under pressure while delivering outstanding experiences.

Key responsibilities

• Managing customer orders and delivery requests accurately and efficiently
• Building strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders
• Communicating proactively to keep customers informed and projects moving
• Solving problems and finding practical solutions when circumstances change
• Working closely with operational teams to coordinate successful outcomes
• Providing memorable service that reflects the company’s customer‑first mindset

• Excellent communication and relationship‑building abilities
• Positive, can‑do attitude with willingness to learn
• Strong problem‑solving skills and sound judgement
• Ability to stay calm and organised in a fast‑paced environment
• High attention to detail and strong administrative capabilities
• Confidence working with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities
