Site Supervisor (Residential Construction)

About the role

We are seeking a Site Supervisor to work closely with our builder, ensuring residential projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee residential projects from start to finish, maintaining top‑level quality.
• Coordinate with the Administration team to schedule trades and manage material orders and deliveries.
• Conduct regular site inspections to ensure trades operate safely and respectfully.
• Maintain strong relationships with trades, suppliers, and service partners.
• Ensure all work complies with Building Codes and project specifications.
• Interpret building plans, engineering reports, and specifications.
• Serve as the primary on‑site point of contact for trades and resolve issues promptly.

Required profile

• Excellent communication skills and strong attention to detail.
• Carpentry trade background preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of construction experience.
• Full driver’s licence.
• Proficient IT skills and ability to read and interpret plans.

Required skills

• Interpretation of building plans and engineering reports.
• Knowledge of building codes and specifications.
• Proficient IT skills (e.g., Microsoft Office).
• Carpentry trade expertise.
