Project Manager – Client‑Side Consultancy

About the role

We are looking for a full‑time, permanent Client‑Side Project Manager to join Wallace PM during a period of rapid growth. Reporting to the Project Director, you will work on a variety of blue‑chip projects across Western Australia, managing the full project lifecycle from inception to handover.

Key responsibilities

• Lead project meetings and coordinate consultants, authorities and contractors.
• Prepare and maintain project reports, cost tracking and programme monitoring.
• Oversee construction phases, attend site as required and ensure compliance with schedules.
• Support administrative and governance tasks related to project delivery.

Required profile

• 3–5 years of experience in project or development management, preferably in the construction or property sector.
• Permanent Australian residency and a current Australian “A”, “C” or “C‑A” driver’s licence with own vehicle.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude and ability to work autonomously.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
• Familiarity with Microsoft Project (advantageous).
