Site Supervisor / Manager – NSW Remedial Projects

About the role

We are looking for experienced Site Supervisors and Site Managers to lead remedial construction projects across New South Wales. The successful candidates will oversee day‑to‑day site operations, coordinate subcontractors, and ensure safe, high‑quality delivery of complex brownfield and operational works.

Key responsibilities

• Lead daily site activities on remedial projects throughout NSW.
• Coordinate subcontractors, materials, equipment and site resources.
• Ensure work complies with drawings, specifications, scopes and quality standards.
• Maintain strong client relationships and represent the business professionally on‑site.
• Oversee safety compliance, risk management and environmental obligations.
• Participate in planning, programming and progress reporting.
• Support delivery of projects in marine, industrial and structural remediation environments.

Required profile

• Significant experience as a Site Supervisor or Site Manager, preferably in remedial or civil construction.
• Strong ability to read and interpret drawings, scopes and technical specifications.
• Proven leadership of site teams in complex or brownfield environments.
• Excellent communication and client‑facing skills.
• Solid understanding of construction methodologies, safety requirements and subcontractor management.
