Senior Structural Technician / Drafter

About the role

Join Robert Bird Group (RBG) in North Sydney as a Senior Structural Technician / Drafter, contributing to a variety of building and infrastructure projects across NSW. Key responsibilities

• Draft and deliver building and infrastructure projects using AutoCAD and Revit.
• Ensure analysis and design tasks meet technical standards and client requirements.
• Deliver projects within strict timeframes while maintaining quality aligned with RBG objectives.
• Liaise with engineering teams, external stakeholders, and clients regarding project specifications and details.

Required profile

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Civil/Structural Design or equivalent.
• 5+ years of structural drafting experience in an engineering design consultancy.
• Strong understanding of Australian codes and standards.
• Proven ability to manage time, plan workloads and meet deadlines.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Full working rights in Australia.
