Site Supervisor / Foreman – High-End Residential

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Site Supervisor/Foreman to lead a $4M architecturally designed residential project in Mosman. You will be the primary on‑site representative, ensuring the project is delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver a $4M residential project from commencement through to completion.
• Take full ownership of the site as the number one on‑site representative.
• Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, suppliers, and in‑house carpentry teams.
• Maintain site safety, programme adherence, and quality standards.
• Read and interpret architectural and construction drawings to align work with design intent.
• Liaise with clients, architects, consultants, and other stakeholders throughout the build.
• Manage site diaries, material ordering, and day‑to‑day site coordination.
• Uphold a professional site presence and the company’s reputation for quality delivery.

Required profile

• Carpentry trade background with strong technical construction knowledge.
• Proven experience delivering architecturally designed high‑end residential projects from start to finish.
• Previous experience acting as the primary on‑site leader for luxury residential builds.
• Strong leadership skills managing both direct labour and subcontract trades.
• Confident client‑facing communicator capable of building strong stakeholder relationships.
