Site Supervisor – Construction

About the role

Icon Group is seeking an experienced Site Supervisor to lead a high‑profile $80 million education construction project. You will be responsible for ensuring safety, quality, schedule and budget targets are met while coordinating a diverse on‑site team.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all site activities, including safety compliance, quality control, and budget management.
• Monitor daily progress and ensure work meets the highest standards.
• Supervise and coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and on‑site workers.
• Liaise with the project management team to align site execution with project objectives.
• Maintain accurate site records such as daily logs, progress reports, and inspection documentation.
• Provide leadership, guidance and problem‑solving to keep the project on time and within budget.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years’ experience as a Site Supervisor on Tier 1 or Tier 2 construction projects.
• Proven track record managing large‑scale projects of $50 million +.
• Experience on health or school construction projects is preferred.
• Strong knowledge of construction practices, techniques and materials.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency with project management software and tools.
• Ability to read and interpret construction plans and specifications.
