About the role
We are seeking an experienced Site Manager / Senior Site Manager to lead commercial new‑build retail and industrial projects across South East and Regional Queensland, with budgets up to $50 million.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver commercial new‑build projects from inception to handover.
- Lead site teams, subcontractors and manage programme schedules.
- Maintain safety standards, quality control and client relationships.
- Oversee a strong pipeline of repeat retail and industrial work.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Site Manager or Senior Site Manager with a commercial builder.
- Demonstrated new‑build retail and/or industrial project delivery.
- Current QBCC Site Supervisor Licence or Builder’s Licence.
- Ability to independently manage projects up to $50 million.
