Facilities Technician – Full Time

About the role

Join Scape Australia's Facilities Team as a Facilities Technician, responsible for hands‑on repairs, routine maintenance and supporting service partners to keep student accommodation safe and functional.

Key responsibilities

• Perform day‑to‑day repairs and preventative maintenance across the property.
• Support external service partners and coordinate with Operations and Wellness & Hygiene teams.
• Ensure facilities meet safety and functional standards.
• Manage changing schedules, prioritize tasks and meet project deadlines.

Required profile

• At least 2 years of experience in building maintenance, handyperson or facilities roles.
• Friendly, approachable and able to connect with diverse team members.
• Strong ability to juggle multiple tasks in a fast‑paced environment.
• Effective communication, problem‑solving skills and a clean full driving licence.
