Site Manager – Residential Construction

About the role

An established residential property and construction group is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead medium‑density residential projects across Victoria. You will report to the construction leadership team and own day‑to‑day delivery from site establishment through handover.

Key responsibilities

• Manage construction of medium‑density townhouse and multi‑unit residential projects, coordinating subcontractors, trades, suppliers and site personnel.
• Control site programmes, critical milestones and construction sequencing to meet budget, quality and safety expectations.
• Conduct regular site inspections, maintain high workmanship standards and ensure OH&S and compliance documentation are up to date.
• Monitor subcontractor performance, address programme or quality issues promptly, and manage defects, practical completion and handover.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Site Manager or Construction Supervisor delivering medium‑density residential projects.
• Strong knowledge of residential construction sequencing, methodology and compliance requirements.
• Ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors concurrently while maintaining quality and safety standards.
• Relevant construction qualifications, licences and a current driver’s licence.
