Site Manager – Residential Construction

About the role

Rawson Homes is seeking an experienced Site Manager to lead on‑site activities for residential construction projects across the ACT. You will be responsible for delivering projects safely, on time, within budget and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Control and lead on‑site teams, subcontractors and suppliers.
• Ensure day‑to‑day operations run smoothly and according to established timelines.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Issue directives to correct defective work and manage vendor stop‑payment until issues are resolved.
• Proactively resolve build issues and liaise closely with clients.
• Guarantee a high standard of finish and defect‑free handover.
• Maintain strict WHS compliance and adhere to all relevant legislation and company policies.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a building supervisor or site manager.
• General Construction Induction Course / White Card (mandatory).
• Asbestos & Silica Awareness Certificate (mandatory).
• Current First Aid training.
• Valid Australian driver’s licence.
• Strong attention to detail and proactive problem‑solving approach.
