Site Manager – Regional Victoria

About the role

Sherridon Homes is expanding its regional footprint and is looking for motivated individuals to join as Site Managers across Shepparton, Benalla, Wangaratta and Yarrawonga. You will turn construction plans into quality homes, keep projects on schedule and ensure clients are kept informed throughout the build.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate trades, subcontractors and construction schedules to deliver homes on time.
• Maintain safe sites and meet occupational health and safety requirements.
• Inspect workmanship at each stage and ensure quality standards are met.
• Build strong relationships with clients, providing regular updates.
• Monitor and control extra to schedule (ETS) and costs, working closely with the Construction Manager to resolve issues.

Required profile

• Practical knowledge of residential construction gained through a trade, supervision or site management background.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to juggle competing priorities.
• Calm, practical problem‑solving approach and a customer‑focused attitude.
• Willingness to learn, ask questions and work as part of a supportive team.
• Comfort using technology, with training provided on company systems.
