Site Manager - Modernisation

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Modernisation Site Manager to lead multiple modernisation projects in Melbourne, ensuring safety, timeliness, budget compliance, and high quality.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate multiple modernisation projects from start to finish.
• Plan and organise labour, materials, equipment and subcontractor activities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, consultants and stakeholders.
• Drive a positive safety culture and ensure compliance with KONE's safety standards.
• Lead, coach and motivate site teams to achieve quality, productivity and customer satisfaction targets.
• Monitor project progress, manage risks and resolve site issues.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and operational teams for seamless execution.
• Maintain accurate project documentation, reporting and compliance records.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience in site management, construction or project delivery.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, priorities and timelines.
• Construction qualification, trade background or equivalent experience.
• Lift industry experience is highly regarded.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Current Australian driver's licence.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel and Project.
