Civil Supervisor – Tier 1 Mining Project

About the role
BMD is seeking an experienced Civil Supervisor to lead an established team on an 18‑month FIFO project for a Tier 1 mining operator in Western Australia. You will work a 2:1 roster and be responsible for delivering civil and earthworks packages safely, on time and to quality standards.
Key responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Superintendent and key stakeholders to deliver the allocated work scope.
- Drive safety outcomes by applying BMD safety and cultural behaviours across the team.
- Support short‑ and medium‑term planning and scheduling for the works area.
- Coordinate with all project stakeholders to achieve required outcomes.
- Plan, manage and lead direct labour and contracted groups.
Required profile
- 5+ years supervisory experience in construction or resources.
- Previous civil/earthworks project experience.
- Strong communication and people skills, able to build trust.
- Detail‑oriented with problem‑solving ability.
