Project Manager – Water and Waste Water Infrastructure

About the role

Austcorp Executive is partnering with a rapidly growing water and wastewater company to recruit an experienced Project Manager. The role offers end‑to‑end ownership of design‑and‑construct projects for municipal water treatment infrastructure.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary teams to deliver projects on time, on budget, to quality and safety standards.
• Direct project crews, subcontractors, suppliers and external consultants on site.
• Build and track programmes, cost plans, forecasts and regular reporting.
• Act as the main point of contact for clients, stakeholders and regulators.
• Identify and manage risk, commercial exposure and contract requirements.
• Uphold WHS, quality and environmental standards throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain accurate project records, including progress, financial reports and procurement documentation.
• Coach and support team members to foster a collaborative, high‑performing culture.

Required profile

• Degree or equivalent in Engineering, Construction Management or Project Management, or relevant industry experience.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills with stakeholders at all levels.
• Background in water and wastewater projects with at least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Track record of delivering civil, mechanical or process infrastructure projects from kickoff to handover.
