Site Manager

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Site Manager to lead the delivery of large‑scale residential and mixed‑use projects valued between $80M and $500M across Sydney’s CBD and fringe locations. You will own site delivery from structure through to completion, ensuring safety, quality, and budget targets are met.

Key responsibilities

• Lead all on‑site construction activities with full WHSE, quality and compliance oversight.
• Coordinate subcontractors, supervisors and site teams to drive programme sequencing and productivity.
• Manage budgets, cost control and site reporting.
• Maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and other stakeholders.
• Ensure delivery meets the highest safety and quality standards.

Required profile

• Proven site‑management experience on large‑scale residential or mixed‑use projects ($80M–$500M).
• Strong leadership and subcontractor coordination capability.
• Solid understanding of WHSE, construction methodology and sequencing.
• Effective communicator with a proactive, accountable approach.
• Commitment to delivering high‑quality outcomes in complex environments.
