About the role
Join the Gippsland team of Mirrastone Group as a Site Manager, delivering quality detached homes to clients while ensuring safety, schedule, and budget compliance.
Key responsibilities
- Successfully deliver quality homes for clients.
- Schedule trades and subcontractors on site.
- Ensure weekly OH&S obligations are met.
- Maintain quality of work throughout all construction stages within set deadlines.
- Liaise with clients and provide excellent customer service.
- Monitor and control the ETS budget.
Required profile
- Minimum 3 years experience in site management.
- Strong ability to manage the building process from start to finish.
- Team‑player attitude, motivated and driven.
- Customer‑focused with good communication skills and a positive can‑do attitude.
