About the role

Join a respected Western Australian residential builder as a Site Supervisor, overseeing single and double‑storey homes from start to finish. You will work with a supportive construction team to deliver high‑quality, award‑winning homes.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee residential builds from site start through to completion.
• Coordinate trades, suppliers and subcontractors.
• Manage construction timelines, quality and safety.
• Liaise with trades and internal teams to keep projects moving.
• Ensure homes are delivered on time and to a high standard.
• Maintain strong relationships throughout the build process.

Required profile

• Residential construction experience with a project or custom home builder.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• Excellent problem‑solving ability.
• Proactive approach with the ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Pride in delivering quality homes and a great customer experience.
