Site Manager – $30M Apartment Development

About the role

Take the lead on a $30 million apartment development in Port Adelaide, starting with an immediate fit‑out project in Kent Town. You will join an established South Australian builder that values quality delivery, strong relationships and a collaborative construction approach.

Key responsibilities

• Lead day‑to‑day site operations across fit‑out and multi‑unit residential projects.
• Coordinate subcontractors, trades and suppliers to maintain programme and productivity.
• Drive site safety, quality assurance and compliance at every construction stage.
• Monitor progress, manage resources and proactively resolve delivery challenges.
• Maintain clear communication with stakeholders and uphold high workmanship standards.
• Build a positive, accountable site culture that supports collaboration and strong outcomes.

Required profile

• Hands‑on Site Manager with proven experience in commercial construction or multi‑unit residential projects.
• Strong subcontractor coordination, programming and site‑management capabilities.
• Proactive problem‑solver with excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Commitment to safety, quality and productive site relationships.
• Confidence to lead a team and ambition to contribute to a growing business.
