About the role

Wilhelmsen Port Services is seeking a permanent full‑time Ships Agency Operator to join its Brisbane team. You will act as the primary liaison for vessel operations, ensuring smooth arrivals, berthing, loading, and departures while delivering exceptional customer service.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all vessel operations, including cruise ships, from planning arrivals to berthing, loading, and departures.
• Collaborate with port stakeholders to ensure seamless port calls and maintain strong relationships.
• Stay informed on business opportunities, port activities, and regulatory updates.
• Perform out‑of‑hours and weekend work as required to meet operational deadlines.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated, results‑driven individual with a strong work ethic.

• Commitment to safety, compliance, and wellness.
• Valid Australian work permit, driver’s licence with driving experience, and eligibility for a Maritime Security Identification Card (MSIC).
