Service Administrator / Parts Interpreter

About the role

Hutton & Northey Sales, an established agriculture machinery and equipment dealership in the Wheatbelt, is looking for a full-time person for its Cunderdin branch to work with the service and parts departments. The role combines customer service, service administration and parts interpretation in a fast-paced, team-focused workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Customer service by face-to-face contact, email and phone
• Support to the Service Manager and wider team
• Booking and coordinating service work
• Invoicing and administration support
• Warranty submissions
• Parts interpretation, procurement and sales
• Warehousing, stock control and data processing
• Stocktake duties

Required profile

• Computer competency
• Ability to work in a team environment
• Knowledge of the agricultural industry is beneficial
• 'C' Class driver's licence (manual)
• Willingness to work Saturday mornings during peak season when rostered
