SEO Manager

About the role

Ready to lead SEO strategy for some of Australia's biggest brands? We are looking for an SEO Manager to join our organic search practice, working closely with the Head of SEO to shape strategy and deliver high‑impact results for our top accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end SEO & AEO strategy and delivery across key client accounts, including technical audits, keyword strategy, on‑page optimisation and content recommendations.
• Set the standard for SEO reporting using GA4, Google Search Console, SEMrush, Screaming Frog and equivalent tools.
• Contribute to budget planning and resource allocation.
• Translate algorithm updates and platform changes into timely, actionable client recommendations.
• Act as a trusted SEO voice in client relationships, work‑in‑progress reviews and strategic sessions.
• Provide SEO insights for new business pitches and opportunities.

Required profile

• 4+ years of SEO experience in an agency or performance‑driven environment with proven leadership experience.
• Strong understanding of content, UX and technical SEO & AEO working together.
• Confidence leading discussions, developing people and owning outcomes.
• Curious, proactive mindset with a genuine passion for the digital space.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, Word and project‑management tools.
