PR Account Coordinator (Entry Level)

About the role

One Green Bean is seeking an enthusiastic Account Coordinator to join its earned‑media team. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience across public relations, social media and influencer campaigns, working with a mix of global brands and ambitious Australian challengers.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and analyse media coverage, preparing regular reports for client accounts.
• Maintain and update media databases, contact lists and identify new media opportunities.
• Draft and edit press releases, media briefs and other communication materials.
• Conduct social‑media research, trend analysis and support campaign monitoring.
• Assist in brainstorming sessions, contribute creative ideas and help develop campaign concepts.
• Coordinate media and influencer mailers, manage product sourcing, packing and distribution.

Required profile

• Demonstrated interest in PR, marketing or social media.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Creative thinker with curiosity for culture, trends and storytelling.

Required skills

• Proficiency with social‑media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook and TikTok.
• Experience in media monitoring and managing media databases.
