About the role

Join a well‑established professional services firm in Melbourne as a Senior Tax Manager, working on complex corporate and international tax matters for privately owned businesses, multinationals and listed organisations. You will act as a trusted advisor, delivering strategic tax solutions and building strong client relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Provide high‑quality corporate and international tax advice across restructures, M&A, international expansion, financing, transfer pricing and tax governance.
• Manage end‑to‑end advisory projects and client engagements, collaborating with senior leaders and cross‑service teams.
• Mentor and develop junior team members while contributing to business development initiatives.
• Stay current with legislative and regulatory developments affecting clients.

Required profile

• CA, CTA, Master of Tax or equivalent professional qualification.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in corporate tax advisory, international tax or specialist tax consulting.
• Strong technical knowledge of Australian corporate tax and international tax principles.
• Proven ability to manage client relationships and deliver complex advisory outcomes.
