Senior Sourcing Manager – New Product Introduction (Fixed‑Term)

About the role

The Senior Sourcing Manager will work closely with Product Development, cross‑functional teams and the Global Supplier Alliance to define and execute sourcing strategies for new‑product‑introduction projects. The role is contract‑based for 18 months and based in Sydney.

Key responsibilities

• Represent the Global Supplier Alliance within project XFTs and develop supply‑chain designs that meet timelines, budgets and cost‑of‑goods‑sold targets.
• Lead supplier selection, negotiate commercial contracts and ensure alignment with ResMed’s Quality Management System.
• Collaborate with Product Development, Marketing and GSA to integrate key technologies and drive cost‑efficiency.
• Drive continuous improvement in sourcing operations using data analytics and change‑management techniques.

Required profile

• Excellent communication, stakeholder‑management and project‑management abilities.
• Strong business acumen, cost‑management expertise and experience in global procurement.
• Ability to handle multiple fast‑paced projects, solve problems and adapt to changing environments.
• Degree or Master in Engineering, Science or Business, or equivalent extensive experience (minimum 7 years).
