About the role

Hansen Yuncken is seeking an experienced Senior Site Manager to lead the delivery of complex, high‑profile construction projects in the Greater Sydney Metro area. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and to the highest quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the planning, coordination and delivery of large‑scale construction projects.
• Manage day‑to‑day site operations, ensuring adherence to the construction programme.
• Maintain compliance with health, safety and environmental regulations.
• Engage and communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
• Identify and implement improvements to project processes with minimal supervision.

Required profile

• Recent Tier 1 or Tier 2 experience as a Senior Site Manager within a main‑contractor environment.
• Proven ability to manage large‑scale projects and lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Valid working rights in Australia.
