About the role

Gatehouse Legal Recruitment is seeking a Senior Recruitment Consultant to join its high‑performing team in Victoria. You will manage a premium client portfolio, handling high‑value legal recruitment briefs from day one while receiving world‑class training and support.

Key responsibilities

• Service existing candidates and employers, building strong relationships.
• Source new candidates and employers, manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, and provide career advice.
• Maintain the CRM database with accurate candidate and employer information.
• Share knowledge with team members and contribute to continuous improvement.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years’ experience in a recruitment agency or HR role.
• Proven track record of meeting targets in a fast‑paced environment.
