Human Resources Coordinator

About the role

Join the People, Culture & Sustainability team in Fremantle as a Human Resources Coordinator. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, you will provide administrative and operational support across the full employee lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate end‑to‑end recruitment administration, including job ads, interview scheduling and candidate communication.
• Set up new starters in HR and payroll systems, ensuring accurate data entry and maintaining the employee masterfile.
• Support hiring managers through recruitment and induction processes.
• Prepare HR reports, metrics and workforce data as required.
• Manage the Peer Recognition and Service Recognition programs from start to finish.

Required profile

• At least 12 months of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
• Strong organisational and administrative abilities with a service‑focused mindset.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required skills

• Competent use of the Office 365 suite of applications.
