Talent Acquisition Specialist

About the role

nexwave is a fast‑moving Microsoft‑focused consultancy looking for a Talent Acquisition Specialist who will go beyond simply filling vacancies. You will partner with founders and domain leads to attract top‑tier technology talent across the Microsoft ecosystem, Data & AI, Cloud and consulting.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full recruitment lifecycle from intake to offer acceptance and onboarding handover.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role briefs, recruitment strategies and technical requirements.
• Proactively source, engage and build pipelines of passive technology candidates.
• Recruit across domains such as Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, Copilot, Azure, Dynamics 365, Data & AI and Cloud.
• Conduct structured interviews, capability assessments and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
• Provide hiring managers with pipeline updates, market insights and recommendations.

Required profile

• Proven end‑to‑end talent acquisition experience, especially for technical/IT roles.
• Strong ability to source and engage passive candidates in competitive tech markets.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Highly organised, commercially aware and able to work at pace.

Required skills

• LinkedIn Recruiter and other sourcing tools.
• Knowledge of Microsoft Fabric, Power Platform, Copilot, Azure, Dynamics 365, Data & AI, Cloud.
