Senior Quality Manager

About the role

The organisation is a rapidly growing project delivery company at the forefront of Australia's energy transition. Reporting to the executive leadership team, the Senior Quality Manager will establish and mature a best‑practice quality function to support delivery excellence across a growing portfolio of renewable energy and infrastructure projects.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the organisation's quality function and governance framework.
• Develop and implement scalable quality systems, standards and assurance programmes.
• Partner with project teams to embed quality across planning, delivery and handover activities.
• Drive audit, compliance and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Provide strategic guidance on quality risk management and operational performance.

Required profile

• Ideally tertiary qualified in Engineering, Construction Management or a related degree.
• Strong practical knowledge of ISO9001 and quality assurance/control principles in complex construction, engineering or infrastructure environments.
• Experience across the project lifecycle including design, procurement, supplier quality, construction, testing, commissioning and handover.
• Experience supporting major capital projects and establishing quality frameworks within growing organisations is highly regarded.
